Since 1976, the Asian Martial Arts Center has taught two schools of martial arts along with kickboxing.

Our background and roots connect directly through our association with U.S. Shotokai and its founder, Toyotaro Miyazaki, a 5th degree master from Japan now retired in New York City.
Mr. Miyazaki's teacher, Sensei Okano, was a student of the founder of Shotokan, Gichin Funakoshi.
