Participants of this program learn effective kickboxing techniques while achieving a high level of fitness.
Classes concentrate on Western style boxing techniques combined with Eastern style kicking.
Students will find an emphasis on increasing strength, flexibility, and stamina.
This program utilizes striking mitts and other equipment. Sparring is also available.
